Sola Mist Consulting was founded by Stephanie Rocafort, an HR professional with over 18 years of experience supporting businesses across industries, from small startups to established organizations navigating complex workforce challenges.
Before stepping into the world of HR, Stephanie was a competitive volleyball player, and the lessons from that chapter never left her. The discipline of showing up every day, the consistency that the sport demands in process, in standards, and in follow-through, and the power of a team working toward a shared goal became the foundation of how she approaches every client relationship.
That same work ethic and team mentality is what makes Stephanie the HR partner of choice for the businesses she serves. She doesn't just advise from the sidelines. She gets in the game with you, bringing the same commitment and consistency she brought to every match.
